James William Ousley Jr. was born on December 9, 1957 to the late James Ousley Sr. and Isabelle Ousley in Cincinnati, Ohio. James attended Clifton Elementary, Schwab Junior High, and graduated from Aiken High School. At a young age he worked alongside his father at a trucking company. He worked at Williamson Heating and Air Conditioning and Queen City Barrel. He retired from Ikron, where he counselled those who wanted to commit suicide. James was proceeded in death by his parents, James and Isabelle Ousley ; his brother Raymond Carter; his sister, Janice Ousley-Hoy, Elaine Fowler and Nina Ousley. He leaves to cherish his precious memory: two daughters LeShawndra Flowers(Brian), Jessica Ousley: one son. James Ousley III, (Pamela): one sister Crystal Hinton(William). He had a special bond with his nephew/brother, Eric Ousley (Lisa). Eric's fondest memories were watching Sunday football games with him and Sunday meals they shared growing up in the house together. Eric stated, ‘he is the brother I never had:’ four granddaughters; five great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. James, better know as Jim or Jimmy, will be greatly missed for his laughter, practical jokes, conversation and his presence.
